The studio
CNDY Factory Studios was one of Seattle’s first integrated digital-marketing, XR immersive-media, and events studios and incubators, focused on emerging immersive technologies. I conceived, designed, and bootstrapped its launch to promote early-stage startups — building the infrastructure across VR stations, live streaming, video-production suites, podcast studios, and a dedicated events venue.
The output
I produced 20+ high-impact technical events, hackathons, and product launches, drawing audiences of up to 1,000 developers and generating $200K+ in client revenue. I also led business development for a stealth-mode startup, securing private demo sessions with major industry players across the XR and hardware landscape.
